Grays Harbor Raceway
$1000 to win Super Stock race this Saturday!!!
Since the rainout of the original date of this $1000 to win Super Stock race when Marson Racing and Grays Harbor agreed to August 23rd as the makeup date all the Super Stock drivers circled this date on their calendar.
With only championship night to go after this weekend the point battle at the front is tight. 4 time track champion Austin Kerrigan looks to join the 5 time club of Zack Simpson and Jack Parshall. Shane Kerrigan has been close actually tying his son last year losing out on the tiebreaker, and this year with 3 wins he has that tie-breaker for now but we know this is probably going to go down to the last lap like it always seems to go with this father and son duo. The next gen racing car of Jayson Wolcott has something to say about that as he is only 6 back from the lead and has looked much faster in the only Super Stock we have using pump gas. Tom Hecker in his retirement year has the "green goblin" 15 back in fourth and always a fan favorite and the fans would go crazy to see him hit victory lane in one of his two final chances.

Classes allowed to run, street stock, IMCA stock car, pure stock. NO pro-stock or super stock
GHR Cars ok
Mandatory safety rules, see GHR rules
Additional Rules for this race as listed
-No dry sump motors
-No coil over shocks
-No quick change rear-ends
-No tying cars down, straps or cables
-After A main car and driver must weight 3300lbs
-No invert, heads up racing
-Heat race placing finish determines starting position for main.
All other GHR Super Stock Rules apply along with track and Safety rules
This is a GHR points race.
