Gorden Wins Hall of Fame Battle Royale, Night Two of Speedweek at Grays Harbor Raceway

Elma, WA - Big wins have been piling up for Dominic Gordon of Clovis, CA this past month but none have been bigger than a win at Grays Harbor Raceway in the 360 Hall of Fame Battle Royal. The win on night number two of the Northwest Speedweek Tour paid $5,000 to win.
Dominic Scelzi led the feature for the first 13 laps before he slowed with an unknown mechanical issue in turn two. This turned the lead over to Dominic Gordon, who despite the best efforts of Tyler Thompson, would go the rest of the distance to take the win. Thompson made a couple of charges at Gordon, while also having to keep Colton Heath at bay to roll to a second place finish while Heath was third. The first three heat race wins went to Robbie Price, Levi Kuntz and Jordi Meese, while the second set of heat race wins went to Johnny Burke, Chase Goetz and Colton Heath.
The 2024 Northwest Speedweek Tour “Tribute to Fred Brownfield” continues on to Southern Oregon Speedweek on Tuesday night. Full Speedweek points as well as an update to the Pass Master points will post shortly
