2016 Season Champions

The 2016 season has come to a close at Grays Harbor Raceway as the October 8th reschedule of Q-Mart Championship Night was rained out. This year's champions are Reece Goetz, Tom Sweatman, Nick Evans, Jack Parshall and Don Briggs Sr.

360 Sprint Cars

Reece Goetz of Snohomish picked up his first career Grays Harbor Raceway championship for 2016. Goetz picked up two wins on the season, which included April 30th and July 23rd, with 6 Top 5's, and 7 Top 10's and a 36 point lead on Shelton's Jay Cole. Rounding out the rest of the top five were Enumclaw's Henry Van Dam, Lance Sargent of Spanaway, and Jason Reed of Elma.

Shipwreck Beads Modifieds

Cosmopolis driver Tom Sweatman finished the season on top of the Shipwreck Beads Modifieds points standings picking up his first championship in the Modified division. Sweatman picked up three wins on the season, which included May 14th, July 23rd, and August 13th. Sweatman also had 7 top 5's and 8 top 10's with a 28 point lead over Scott Miller of Shelton. Rounding out the rest of the top five were Seabeck's Kyler Moore, Oakville driver Brian Harding, and Austin Kerrigan of Aberdeen

Northwest Focus Midgets Series

Nick Evans of Marysville picked up the 2016 Northwest Focus Midgets Series championship at Grays Harbor Raceway, and in the traveling series points standings. Evans picked up two wins on the season, with wins coming on June 11th, and August 6th and had a 20 point lead over Lake Stevens driver Eric Turner. Rounding out the top five are Burlington's Tristin Thomas, Michael Vollbrecht of Shoreline, and Tacoma's Jonathan Jorgenson.

Cut Rate Auto Parts Street Stocks

Jack Parshall of Hoquiam continued his hot streak of championships picking up his third track championship in a row. Parshall picked up three wins on the season, which were on May 7th, May 14th, and August 6th. Parshall also had 7 top 5's and 8 top 10's and had an 81 point lead over Hoquiam's Jason Tole. Rounding out the top five was Aberdeen's Shane Kerrigan, Tyson Blood of Olympia, and Shelton driver Brenton Schnitzer.

Outlaw Tuners

Wishkah driver Don Briggs Sr picked up his first career track championship in 2016, with two wins on the season. Those wins were on May 7th and July 23rd. Briggs Sr had 7 top 5's and 8 top 10's on the season with a 43 point lead over Tenino driver Chad Norton. Rounding out the top 5 were Montesano's Brittany Diggle, Tyler Sundstrom of Aberdeen and Josh Wharton of Tenino.
