Timber Cup Weekend what ifs

We wish to thank everyone who has or is going to purchase tickets for this weekend's Timber Cup featuring the NARC 410 King of the West Sprint Cars and WSS Wingless Sprint Cars, along with the IMCA Modifieds.

Our phones and email have been very busy today with concerns on the weather for the weekend and the what ifs.

Let’s cover all of that the best we can:

Grays Harbor Raceway has a Monday Rain date with NARC if necessary.
If Monday is necessary, Racing will start at 4pm (2 hours earlier then a regular event)

We will not rainout Saturday or Sundays Event(s) unless we feel there is absolutely no way we can get it in!

The What ifs.

Here is how the contingency plan will work:

For Online ticket purchases only.

2-day pass tickets only
If we rainout Saturday, that ticket will rollover to Monday.
If we get Saturdays event in and rainout Sunday’s event, the Sunday ticket will rollover to Monday.

If we rainout Both Saturday and Sunday events, we will refund you, your 2-day online ticket pass (it typically takes 3-5 business days to see the refund) and you will have to purchase a new single day ticket for Monday. Those tickets are not up online and will not be unless necessary.
We cannot refund half of the 2-day tickets per MRP.

Single day Tickets.

If we rainout a day you have a single day online ticket, for that day that’s rained out, that ticket will be good for Monday.
If all three days rainout we will refund the online single day ticket.

For at the gate Ticket purchases.

We will only be selling the day of tickets and not two-day ticket passes.

All tickets purchased at the gate:

If you purchase on Saturday and we rainout Saturday, that ticket will rollover to Monday.
If you purchase on Sunday and we rain out, the Sunday ticket will rollover to Monday.

If all three days rainout, your single day ticket will be good to a future event at Grays Harbor Raceway of Equal or lesser value. There are no cash refunds for tickets purchased at the gate! If you have a concern, please purchase your ticket(s) online, it gives you the best option.
