Jeremy Richey of Phoenix, Ore shared the front row with Corbett, Ore driver Collen Winebarger. Richey took the early lead, as the field went into turn one, Nick Trenchard of Kalamath Falls, Ore tried to make a pass to the inside for the lead, but Richey held him off. Jesse Williamson of Coburg, Ore took the second spot away from Trenchard. Richey started to pull away from the field as second through fifth battled for position between Williamson, Winebarger, Trenchard, and Yreka, California driver Kyle Casson. On a track that seen a lot of laps throughout the evening, the bottom groove would be the place to run as Richey continued to pull away from Williamson.

Lap 20 seen a caution as Williamson made contact with the lapped car of BJ Wild of Redmond, Ore. Williamson would spin, but keep his car running, which allowed him to get his position back. Richey led the field to the green on the restart, Williamson tried to look to the inside, but Richey had more momentum. At the end of the 25 lap feature, Jeremy Richey picked up his first Shipwreck Beads Northwest Modified Nationals, and has become the 8th different winner of the event. The last repeat winner, Jon DeBenedetti back in 2007. Rounding out the top five, Winebarger, Trenchard, Jeremy Shank of Salem, Ore and Mark Carrell of Redmond, Ore. Earlier in the evening heat races were won by Williamson, Tom Berry Jr, Casson, and Shank. Richey also won the Modified A-Scramble, with Sam Potter and Matt Jenner winning the two C-Main events, and Jason Beaulieu winning the B-Main. Beaulieu was also fast time earlier in the evening.

Pacific Hard Top Racing Association Dwarf Cars

The PHRA Dwarf Cars took to the 3/8 banked clay oval once again, as Josh King of Medford, Ore led the field to the green flag. King took the early lead from Medford, Ore driver Kalvin Morton. Camden Robustelli of Medford, Ore looked to the outside of Morton for the second position down the front stretch, and took the position away on lap 2. Robustelli set his sights on King for the top position. The first caution of the feature would come out on lap 3, as Shane Youngren of Tigard, Ore, and Brock Peters of Eagle Point, Ore stopped in turn four. King led the field on the restart, but just as the green flag flew, the yellow would come out for John Chrisman of Albany, Ore spinning in turn one.

The second restart gave Robustelli another shot at making a move on King for the lead. Robustelli made the pass on King in turn two, leading lap 4. King tried to make a move to the inside a lap later, but couldn't make the pass. Robustelli started to pull away from King and the rest of the field, but a caution erased that lead as problems occurred for Chrisman once again as he stopped on the backstretch on lap 16. Robustelli got a great restart, and started to pull away quickly. At the end of the feature, Camden Robustelli picked up the PHRA Dwarf Car feature. King, Leo Ward, Morton, and Ryan Martinez rounded out the top five. Heat races earlier in the evening went to Guy Tow Jr., Kevin Benson, and Brett Olney, with the A-Scramble going to King. John Chrisman also picked up the B-Main.
